From Loose to Groose

Hey guys, I don’t know if you’d be interested, but I made a workout blog to help motivate myself to get in shape for my Groose costume in April, and just to generally feel better about myself. It’s called from LOOSE to GROOSE! (clever, eh?!)

It can be really hard to keep a strict workout routine and be in shape, being an artist and bonafide certified couch potato. I know some people can do it (I know PhoenixElement can run a mile in 7 minutes because she is Superwoman!)  but for most of us, it’s hard to get even close to that point. It is important to maintain a healthy weight and attitude if we’re going to love being attached to our computer! I’ve been struggling for years to try to get back to a healthy weight and size for my age/height.

Nothing about it is expertly written or has top of the line advice, at least I don’t think so. It’s just a documentation of what I’m doing, eating, and how I’m keeping motivated, how I’m feeling. I’ll even post progress pictures from time to time. If that sort of thing interests you, feel free to follow and ask questions and maybe it can even help motivate you if you need some too! MOTIVATION FOR ALL!

Okay, now back to your regularly scheduled gifs and artwork.
